2016-17: Lott had an outstanding year for the Navy and Gold, running in six races and placing every time in the Top-20, including four times in the Top 10. She finished third (21:13.09) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (Sept. 9), and sixth (23:15.84) at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 24). Lott broke the school's 5k record at the Great American XC Festival (Oct. 1) when she won the race in 18:37. The following week at the Royal Challenge (Oct. 7), she shattered her own record with a 13th-place finish in 17:57.1. Lott went on to finish seventh (18:42.8) at the SAC Championships (Oct. 22) and then 15th (22:06.44) at the NCAA Southeast Regional, breaking the school's 6k record. She was also named to the All-Region team for her performance, becoming the first in Coker women's cross country history to be given the honor.

2015-16: Lott competed in one race in 2015-2016. She finished 23rd at the Wingate Bulldog Invitational (Sept. 26) with a time of 24:10. 

Other College: Lott transferred to Coker from South Plains College where she was a two-time half marathon champion and ran a personal best 2:06 800-meter run. She's also a cross country national champion with a time of 17:48. She was a national indoor champion in the 1,000-meter (2:52), 3,000-meter (9:45) and the mile (4:49).

High School: Lott competed at Pine Forest High where she currently holds the record for the 800-meter, 1,600-meter, 5,000-meter, and was a member of the record setting 4x800 team. Lott was a member of the back to back FHSSA class 3A girls State Championship team in 2010 and 2011. She has claimed a vast amount of titles during her tenure at Pine Forest. Lott was the 2009, 2010, and 2011 FHSSA Class 3A district champion, regional champion, and state champion in the 800. Lott was also the Class 3A district and regional champion in the 1600 in 2010 and 2011, and was the State Runner Up in the event both years. Darroneshia competed in the 2011 Nike Nationals in Eugene, Oregon placing 3rd with a personal best time of 2:12. Lott was recognized for her athletic achievements in both Cross Country and Track & Field. For her efforts, she was awarded the Cross Country Athlete of the Year award in 2011. Lott completed high school competition with the personal best times in the 800 ( 2:12 ) and the 1600 ( 4:58 ).
