HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker University Athletics department finished seventh in Division II nationally in community service hours tallied by Helper Helper, announced by the organization today (Friday, May 27).
HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker University athletic department and its 24 teams and 475 student-athletes finished 44th in all of Division II in community service hours during the 2019-20 year, via data from Helper Helper. In addition, Coker had four programs rank in the top 10 nationally amongst their respective sports.
The Coker College women’s basketball team is just under a month away from the start of their season, but they have still been making time in their busy schedule to volunteer in the community.
Coker College athletic programs recently hosted a two-day tennis, basketball, lacrosse, and wrestling clinic that started Monday (Mar. 19) for the Hartsville Boy Scouts' Scoutreach Program.
