HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker cross country and track and field coach Benny Morgan volunteered at the Southside Preschool book fair last Thursday (Nov. 17).

Morgan helped kids in the pre-K class find books to read with their parents and also talked with parents about the importance of kids reading outside of school.

"Southside is a wonderful school for our local pre-K kids. It is always nice as a former elementary school teacher to work with the little ones and see their joy for school and life," said Morgan.

Morgan, a father of three himself, can relate to the stage that the parents at the event are in themselves.
