2016-17: Chebii had another oustanding year for the Navy and Gold, notching three Top-20 finishes and running in six of seven races. His best finish was fifth place at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (Sept. 9) in 16:59.29. He also finished sixth at the Bulldog Invitational (Sept. 24) in 27:50.66 and 20th at the Great American XC Festival (Oct. 1) in 28:05.9.
2015-16: Chebii made great contributions during his freshman season, running in six of seven races for Coker. He won both the USC Open (Sept. 23, 10:11) and the FMU Invitational (Oct. 16, 16:02). Chebii finished in the top-30 in four of his six races.
High School: Chebii was a standout cross country and track athlete at St. Joseph Boys High School.
Personal: Son of Linah Chebii and Peter Chemitei...he has a sibling Solomon.
Darroneshia Lott had a strong showing in the women's 6k race.
