2017-18: Competed in 11 mets during the 2017-18 season...recorded four top-ten finishes...won the 4x400 relay at the JDL New Year College Kickoff (Jan. 7) with a total time of 4:47.97...set the Coker indoor Distance Medley Relay record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 19) with a total time of 13:22.11...set the Coker outdoor 4x400 meter-relay record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 20) with a total time of 3:55.28.

2016-17: Competed in five meets this season ... Her best finish came at the Braves Track Classic, where she finished 12th in the 400-meter dash. 

2015-16: Finished her sophomore season with 10 top-ten showings, including three wins in the 4 x 400-meter relay ... Her first win came at the Winston-Salem DII Invitational (1/24), the second at the Braves Track Classic (3/4), and the third at the Wingate University Invitational (3/25) ... She was a part of the team that ran a time of 3:58.18 in the 4 x 400 at the South Atlantic Conference Championship meet, which gave them a third place finish. 

2014-15: In her first season, Foster ran in the 200-meter, 400-meter, and 800-meter ... She recorded 12 top-ten finishes, including a third place finish in the 400m at the Wingate University Inivitational and USC Open ... She also was apart of the 4x4 team that place third at the Palmetto Classic Track and Field Invitational. 

High School: Foster was a star track & field and cross country runner at North Forsyth High School.
