Bio
2016-2017: Prochnow played in 23 matches and 77 sets in her first season with the Navy and Gold. In that time she totaled 136 kills, 15 digs, 12 solo blocks and 52 block assists.
Previous College: Prochnow transferred to Coker from Palomar College where she played beach volleyball and volleyball for the Comets. On the court, she was a second team all-conference selection in the Pacific Coast Athletic Conference.
High School: She attended Elsinore High School where she played volleyball for the Tigers. She was also a second team all-conference selection in the Sunbelt League, along with being a team captain, most improved place, most inspirational player and four-time scholar athlete.
Personal: Daughter of Dana and Greg Prochnow... she has two siblings Jonathan and Sydney.
