2019-20: Competed in four meets as a sophomore...ran a 50.44 in the 400m at the Carolina Challenge (Jan. 31)...was part of a 4x400m relay team that set a Coker record with a time of 3:17.24 at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 8)...finished at 49.53 in the 400m at the BU Valentine Meet (Feb. 15)...came in eighth place in the 400m with a mark of 52.77 at the SAC Indoor Conference Championships (Mar. 1).
2018-19: Did not compete in any meets this season.
High School: Frederick comes from Lancaster High School where he competed in Track and Field and Football...He was a 4-time lettermen in track and a 2-time lettermen in football...He was also a 3-time state qualifier in track and a 3-time region champion in track.
Personal: Son of Frederick and Nikeenah Thompson, majaoring in african american history.
