2016-17: Gregory ran in four of seven races in his senior campaign for the Navy and Gold. His best finish was 26th in 34:06.40 at the Bulldog Stampede (Sept. 24).

2015-16: Did not run

2014-15: Gregory ran in all seven races for the Cobras. He recorded two top-25 finishes. His best 8k time came at the Great American Cross Country Festival where he ran a 27:57. His best 5k time was 16:45 at the Francis Marion Invitational where he finished third. 

High School: Gregory was a two-time region champion and all-state selection in cross country at Indian Land High School. He was also a two-time cross country and track MVP. In addition, he was a two-time region champ in the 800m, 1600m, 3200m, and he was an all-state track selection.

Personal: Son of Krisma and James Gregory... he has a brother John.
