2019-20: Competed in six meets during his junior season...ran a 50.22 in the 400m and a 22.86 in the 200m at the Gamecock Opener (Jan. 17 - Jan. 18)...ran a 22.78 in the 200m at the Carolina Challenge (Feb. 1)...was part of a 4x400m relay team that set a Coker school record with a time of 3:17.24 at the South Carolina Invitational (Feb. 8)...set a Coker school record in the 400m (49.08) at the BU Valentine Meet (Feb. 15)...finished third place in the 400m at the SAC Indoor Conference Championships with a mark of 49.89 (Mar. 1).

2018-19: Participated in 16 meets during this season...Competed in the 400-meter dash, 600-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 60-meter dash, 4x400-meter relay, 4x100-meter relay, 100-meter dash and 800-meter dash...Recorded 17 top-ten finishes...Set a Coker record on a 4x400-meter relay team (3:21.66) at the Carolina Challenge (Feb. 2)...Set a Coker record in the 400 (49.46 seconds) at the USC Open Indoor (Feb. 16)...Finished second in the 400 (49.83 seconds) and also finished sixth in the 200 (22.76 seconds) at the South Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)...Finished second in the 100 (10.85 seconds), fourth in the 200 (22.13 seconds) at the Alan Connie Shamrock Invite (Mar. 16)...Set a Coker record in the 200 in 21.79 seconds at the Gamecock Invitational Outdoor (Apr. 13)...Set a Coker record in the 400 (49.18 seconds) at the South Atlantic Conference Outdoor Championships (Apr. 20).

2017-18: Competed in 10 events during the 2017-18 season...Completed a remarkable freshman season with 12 top-ten finishes...Finished second in the 400-meter at the JDL New Year College Kickoff (Jan. 7) with a time of 52.31...Finished second in the 400 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 19) with a time of 50.29 (Coker record)...Set Coker indoor 200-meter record at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 19) with a time of 22.39...Set Coker outdoor 200-meter record at the CSU Spring Break Invitational (Mar. 16) with a time of 21.80.

High School: Lettered in football and track at West Craven High School...On the track, he was a conference champion in the 200-meter and 400-meter, regional champion in 400-meter, and a state champion in the 4x200-meter relay...All-area and all-conference selection in football...East vs. West All-Star football candidate...Member of the honor roll and National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Angela Lilly, Ronnie Mayo, and Dennis Best...He has one sibling Samantha Lilly...His father played football at Norfolk State.
