Bio
2015-16: Mata had an excellent sophomore campaign for the Navy and Gold. She played in all 15 matches, starting in 14 of them. She scored two goals and dished out a team-high four assists for an eight-point season.
2014-15: Mata saw action in 12 matches, picking up six starts as a rookie.
High School: Mata was a two-sport athlete in track and field and soccer. She was a three-time player of the week as well as the team leader in offensive points in 2013.
Personal: Daughter of Dee and John Mata...she has three sibilings; Fischer, Ezekeal and Acascia.
