Previous to Coker: Coker University Wrestling is proud to welcome Emmanuel Deas from Aynor, South Carolina to our team. With an impressive record of 113-20 in high school, Emmanuel has proven to be a formidable competitor in the 220-pound weight class. In addition to his outstanding high school career, Deas has set his sights on the 197/285 weight classes at the college level. We have no doubt that his dedication and skill will translate seamlessly into these weight classes. Emmanuel has achieved numerous accolades throughout his wrestling journey. He is a 1x State Champion, 2x Lowerstate Champion, and 3x Region Champion. His exceptional performance on the mat has earned him the title of Region Wrestler of the Year. Furthermore, Deas has been recognized as an All-State wrestler for three consecutive years and has been selected to represent North/South All-Star teams. His talent and commitment have also led him to qualify for the Team SC Freestyle Dual team and become a 2x Freestyle State Champion. We are thrilled to have Emmanuel join our wrestling program at Coker University. His impressive achievements and dedication to the sport make him a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to witnessing his continued success and growth as a collegiate wrestler.
