HARTSVILLE S.C. – The Coker men's soccer team will return to the pitch Wednesday (Oct. 9) for a South Atlantic Conference showdown against the Wingate University Bulldogs. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. at the Coker Soccer Field. The match will be broadcast live online at www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras come in at 4-3-2 overall and 2-2-1 in SAC play. Daniel Jackson continues to be the leader of the Coker offense and the SAC as his seven goals are tops on the team and second in the conference.

Regionally ranked No. 8 Wingate enters the match at 6-3 overall, with a 3-2 conference mark. The Bulldogs are coming off a 3-2 loss to Mars Hill University. Peron Da Silva's four goals and one assist lead the Bulldogs.

Tickets for the match are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students. Coker will also be hosting Hartsville High Night. Hartsville High students, faculty, and staff will be admitted free with proper identification.
