Women's Track and Field Stroll into North Carolina for Raleigh Relays

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker College women's track and field team will travel to Raleigh, N.C. on Friday and Saturday, March 30-31 to contend in the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State University. 

Several Cobras put up solid performances at the Weems Baskin Invitational last weekend (March 23-24). Darroneshia Lott ran away with another Individual Title, claiming the top spot on the podium in the women's 800-meter invitational in the time of 2:08.68.

Talicia Murphy moved into second place all-time at Coker in the women's triple jump as she finished 10th with a jump of 37' 0.5".

Kaylah Ruff moved into second in the Coker record book in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.76 seconds.

Noelia Leake and Autumn Walters both ran in the 100-meter dash in 12.19 and 12.23 seconds.

The Raleigh Relays will begin on Friday, March 30 and will wrap up on Saturday, March 31. Results from the events can be found by visiting www.cokercobras.com.
