HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker wrestling squad opens up their home schedule by hosting the Emmanuel (Ga.) College Lions, an ECAC foe, on Friday (Dec. 8) at 5:00 p.m.

The Cobras are coming off of a successful outing at the Newberry Duals, where they went 2-1 with their lone loss of the day coming against the No. 1 team in the nation, St. Cloud State.

Jordon Garlow is leading the team with nine falls in his 10 wins on the season. He is currently tied for second all-time at Coker with 18 pins in his career. Following close behind with nine victories on the season are Matthew Kieta and Tyvon Leacock. Luis Peguero has won eight matches including winning the 197 pound class at the Georgia Open. He has 48 wins in his career, which is good for fourth at Coker.

The Lions come into Friday's match with a 2-3 record. In their most recent match, Emmanuel defeated Truett-McConnell 36-14.
