HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker wrestling team will be competing at the Midwest Super Regional tournament this weekend (Feb. 26-27) at the University of Indianapolis.

Competing for the Cobras will be Charlie Huff, Derrick Nelson, RaSean McArthur, Jordon Tague, Rashad Cunningham, Jamal Lackey, Derrick Booth, Luis Peguero, John Allen Griswold and Austin Akins.

Huff (125) posted a 28-8 record on the year, winning six bouts by major decision and four apiece by tech fall and overtime. Derrick Nelson (133) holds a 26-3 record on the year, winning nine times by fall and six by tech fall, the sixth-best total in the country.

RaSean McArthur (141) notched a 13-7 record during the regular season, winning three matches by major decision. Jordon Tague (149) takes a 15-9 record to the competition, winning seven bouts by fall.

Rashad Cunningham (157) holds a 16-6 record and recorded two wins by fall and three by tech fall in the regular season. Jamal Lackey (165) brings a 10-9 record into the competition, winning seven times by fall. 

Derrick Booth (174) holds a 19-9 record with two wins by fall and two by tech fall. Luis Peguero (184) owns a 11-9 record with two wins in overtime, two by fall and two by tech fall.

John Allen Griswold (197) comes into the competition with a 3-2 record and one win by fall. Austin Akins (285) brings a 16-9 record into the competition, winning three times by fall, once by tech fall and once by major decision.
