Cobras Looking for Sixth Straight Home Win Against Flying Fleet

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker women's lacrosse team will play host to the Flying Fleet of Erskine College on Thursday (Mar. 26). Live stats and broadcast for the match will be available at www.cokercobras.com.

The Cobras will be looking to improve on their 5-1 home record and will look to the freshmen duo of Claudia Jenkins and Haley McCusker to lead the way. Jenkins leads the team with 26 goals to go along with five assists for 31 points, while McCusker has 20 goals and nine assists for 29 points. Danielle Holcomb leads the team with 12 assists to go with 19 goals for 31 points and Mackenzie Baker has 26 points on 19 goals and seven assists to round out the balanced Coker attack. 

Erskine enters the game riding an eight-game losing streak and sporting a 1-9 overall record. Samantha Burns leads the team with 31 points on 29 goals and two assists.

The game is set to begin at 3 p.m. at Byerly Park in Hartsville, S.C.
