HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College softball team will return to the friendly confines of the Saleeby-Stokes Softball Field on Wednesday (Mar. 8) at 1 and 3 p.m. to take on the visiting Lees-McRae College Bobcats in a non-conference doubleheader. The Cobras come in winning six of their last seven, along with seven-straight wins at the friendly confines. Tayler Barcomb continues to be the offensive catalyst, leading the Navy and Gold and the South Atlantic Conference with 28 RBI and 11 doubles. Hannah Price and Maria Williamson each rank third in the conference with 26 RBI, while Williamson ranks second in the SAC with five home runs.

In the circle, all five members of the Coker pitching staff are sporting below a 3.00 ERA, ranking them all in the top-15 of the SAC.

The Bobcats travel to Hartsville with a 8-12 overall record. Kara Cunningham leads the way with 12 RBI and a .286 batting average.

Gates to the Saleeby-Stokes Softball Field will open at noon. Tickets for the game are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students.
