Cobras and Wolves Set to Square Off in SAC Matchup

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker men's soccer team will be back in action on Wednesday (Oct. 23) as they square off with the Wolves of Newberry College. Kick-off is set for 7 p.m. at the Coker Soccer Field. The South Atlantic Conference match will be broadcast live online at www.cokercobras.com.

Daniel Jackson and Jordan Snell continue to be the offensive catalysts for the Cobras. Jackson leads the team with eight goals on the year, while Snell is the team leader with three assists.

Newberry enters the contest at 1-12-1 overall and 1-6-1 in conference play. The Wolves dropped their last game 4-1 to Wingate University. Graham Jermstad leads the offense with four goals and two assists on the season.

Tickets for the match are $5 for adults, $3 for students and free to all Coker faculty, staff and students. Coker will also be hosting Scout Night. All boy/girl scouts wearing their uniforms will be admitted free.
