Cobras Wrap Up Play At Cougar Invitational

COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Coker College men's golf team fired a final round 302 on Tuesday to conclude the Cougar Invitational with tournament score of 900. The three round total left them in 15th place.

Will Bundy fired his second straight round of 73 to lead the Cobras. He finished in a tie for 23rd place with a tournament score of 217. Blake Baysden finished with a final round 75, leading to a three round total of 227. Niclas Heino and Daniel Graves finished with a tournament total of 231. Heino shot 74 in his final round, while Graves shot an 80. Jonathan Sundstrom also shot a closing 80, on his way to a 232 tournament score.

Columbus State took home the team title with an 844 team score. Peyton Sliger of Lee University was the individual medalist with a tournament score of 207.

The Cobras will be back in action on Oct. 5 for the University of North Georgia Invitational.
