Adam Hensley - Baseball - '03
Adam Hensley is a 2003 graduate of Coker and a four-year member of the baseball team. Arguably one of the best pitchers to ever throw off the mound at Coker, Hensley is the Cobras’ career strikeout leader with 285, he is No. 2 in wins with 24 and is No. 4 in earned run average with a career ERA of 2.94. He was a three-time all-conference selection (2001-03), an all-region performer in 2002 and in 2007 he was named to the All-Time All-CVAC baseball team.
After graduating with a degree in Sports Management, Adam began a career with Enterprise-Rent-A Car where he quickly rose through the ranks of its Management Trainee program. In 2011, he was promoted to Business Rental Sales Executive handling all corporate rental accounts Enterprise, National and Alamo in the Greater Columbia, Pee Dee, Orangebug, Newberry and Augusta areas. After serving as the BRSE for two and a half years he was promoted to the Area Rental Manager in Augusta, Ga. He now oversees seven rental locations, 65 employees and over 800 cars.
Personally, Adam was married to his wife Summer in October of 2009. Together they have a son, Samuel, who was born in July of 2011. Summer also works for Enterprise and they live in Aiken, S.C.
