2013-14: Sanders ran in five meets this season for the Cobras.  Her best meet of the year came at the Catawba Invitational, when she posted a 21:42 finish in the 5K race.  

2011-12: Sanders was one of the Cobra's top runners in 2011, posting a season best time of 22:13 at the Conference Carolinas Championship.

High School: Seven-time letter winner at Union County High School, Sanders was a All-Region cross country and soccer selection. She was also a member of the National Honor Society and the National Art Honor Society.

Personal:  Daughter of Neal and Donna Sanders...she has one sister Autumn.
