High Point, N.C.- Coker College’s Kendyl Seawright has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas women's cross country Runner of the Week during week number three in the 2010 season. This is the second week this year the Manalapan, N.J. native has received this award repeating the honor from the first week in the season. 

The senior set a new school record for a women's 6k time with a time of 24:13 on her way to a first place finish at the UNC-Pembroke Invitational. Seawright broke the school record by three seconds, a record she set in 2007. Along with her first place finish, Seawright helped lead the Cobras to a second place team finish; their second in as many meets
