Thomasville, N.C.- Coker College’s Kendyl Seawright has been selected as the NCAA Division II Conference Carolinas women's cross country Runner of the Week during week number one in the 2008 season. Seawright broke her own school record with a time of 19:40 as the Lady Cobras opened the 2008 season at the Gamecock Invitational. The junior from Manalapan, NJ placed first overall in the Division II portion of the race defeating her closest opponent by more than 20 seconds.
