Cobras Drop SAC Match to Bulldogs

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker College women's volleyball team fell to the Wingate University Bulldogs 3-0 on Tuesday (Oct. 18) evening in South Atlantic Conference play.

Taylor du Bray led the attack and had a career-high nine kills for the Cobras.  Christen Bragg dished out a team-high 15 assists, while also adding 12 digs defensively. On the defensive side of the ball, Taylor du Bray led Coker with 16 digs for another statistical career best. Alexis Berles played strong in the middle of the defense collecting three total blocks. 

The Cobras will be back in action this Saturday (Oct. 22) when they travel to Mount Olive, N.C. to compete in a tri-match against Virginia St. at 3 p.m. and Mount Olive starting at 5 p.m.
