Coker’s Snelling Named to the USTFCCCA Indoor Track and Field All-Region Team

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College women's track and field member Charity Snelling was named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Southeast All-Region team, the association announced today.

The sophomore earned the all-region accolade in the high jump. In five meets, Snelling recorded five top-15 finishes, including a runner-up finish at the Winston-Salem Division II Invitational.

Snelling is an early childhood education major from Franklinton, N.C. She is the daughter of Vanessa and Benjamin Snelling.

The Cobras will kick off their outdoor track and field season on Friday (Mar. 4) when they travel to Pembroke, N.C. for the UNCP Braves Classic.
