Cobra Corner
- Caroline Myers is still yet to lose a singles match this season, amassing a 6-0 record thus far. She will look to extend that record this week.
- Freshman Ilona Hernandez-Sanchez had herself a week last week, taking straight-set victories against her opponents from Wingate and LMU
- Jade Bellegy got back in the win column on Saturday with a dominant straight-sets victory over LMU at the first singles position
Last Time Out
- The Cobras demolished the Railsplitters on Saturday, sweeping LMU 4-0 in a clinch
- The Cobras earned 6-3 wins at the first and third doubles positions to take the doubles point and head up 1-0
- The first court off was Bellegy, earning a dominant straight-sets victory on court one
- Then, the freshman Hernandez-Sanchez battled for a first-set victory and then dominated in the second set
- Up 3-0, Myers put the nail in the coffin with a 6-1 second set to clinch the sweep for the team
