Cobras Host Tornados in SAC Opener
Cobras is looking for a win to open conference play on Sunday.

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- Coker women's tennis will take on Brevard on Sunday (Feb. 5).
The Cobras last played on Saturday (Feb. 4) against Erskine, where they fell 5-4 in a hard-fought match.
Coker was able to win two out of three doubles matches, beginning with an 8-4 win at No. 1 by Jennifer Mezei and Jennifer Ruetten. Julia Sorrells and Jenna Gainey won at No. 3 doubles by an identical 8-4 score. Mezei also won her singles match at No. 1, doing so in three sets (6-7, 6-1, 6-4). Ruetten picked up a three-set (3-6, 6-2, 6-1) win at No. 2 singles, turning in a perfect day along with her doubles partner Mezei.
First serve is set for 1:00 p.m. at the Coker tennis courts.
