GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Coker women's tennis team dropped a tough match to Lander University, 9-0., on Friday (Feb. 8) afternoon.

The doubles tandem of Danielle Chipe and Anna Musiyenko lost a hard fought match at No. 1 doubles 8-5, and Casey Altman and Jessi Campos came up short at No. 2, 8-2.

In singles play, Campos played very well, but suffered a 6-4, 6-0 loss at No. 3 singles.

The Cobras will waste no time getting back on the court with a match Saturday (Feb. 9) at Benedict College at 11 a.m.
