Coker In 15th Place After Day One of Lady Bearcat Invitational

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – After day one of the Lady Bearcat Invitational hosted by Lander University, the Coker women's golf team is in 15th place after finishing the round with a combined score of 329.

Leading the way was sophomore Taylor Demby, who shot the team low 77 on the day.  Mallory Thompkins was next with an 80, followed by Tensley Clowser with an 83.  Krista Thorpe and Amber Harman completed the field for the Cobras with scores of 89 and 91. 

The Cobras will complete the tournament tomorrow (Sept. 28).  They are set to tee off at 8:50 AM.
