Coker in 15th Place after Day One of Patsy Rendelman Invitational

SALISBURY, N.C. – After one round at the Patsy Rendelman Invitational, the Cobras are in 15th place after shooting a team total of 349 on Monday (Oct. 15). 

Mallory Thompkins led the way for the Cobras shooting a low round of 83, and is tied for 42nd  (of 87) place overall.  Taylor Demby and Krista Thorpe shot and 87 and 88, while Jessi McKenzie filled the final spot for Coker with a score of 91.

The Cobras are currently 26 strokes off the lead position but have one more round to narrow the gap.  Coker will be back on the course tomorrow morning to complete the final day of competition.
