In Christian's second season, Coker won six games, winning five of them in South Atlantic Conference play.

In Christian's first season on the bench, Coker won nine games, eight in South Atlantic Conference play.

Brittany Christian joined the Coker staff in October 2015 as the women's basketball assistant coach.

Christian came to Coker after serving as the assistant women's basketball coach and recruiting coordinator at Davis & Elkins College. Prior to her time at Davis & Elkins, Christian served as the head coach of the Carolina Quest AAU team, as well as assistant girls coach at Saint Stephen's High School and head coach at the North Ridge Basketball Academy.

Before joining the coaching ranks, Christian had a standout playing career at fellow South Atlantic Conference school Lenoir-Rhyne. While at L-R, she helped guide the Bears to the 2014 SAC Championship and the 2014 NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship. Christian was also a stellar women's lacrosse player at Lenoir-Rhyne. She was a second team all-conference selection and was a SAC All-Tournament team selection.

Christian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health and exercise science from Lenoir-Rhyne University.
