2023-24: Played and started in one game for the Cobras... Averaged 9.0 minutes per game... Averaged 3.0 rebounds per game...

Previous to Coker: Janay Legagneur, a 6'3 junior forward from Valley Stream, NY, has transferred to Coker University to play women's basketball. Legagneur attended Monroe College, where she was a standout player. In high school, Legagneur scored over 1,000 points, finishing her career with 1,048 points. She was also recognized for her achievements off the court, earning the Mayor's Award. Legagneur was considered one of the top 100 girls' basketball players on Long Island. Throughout her high school career, Legagneur received several accolades for her performance on the court. She was named All-Conference as a freshman, All-County Honorable Mention as a sophomore, and All-County as both a junior and senior. After graduating from high school, Legagneur continued her basketball career at Monroe College. She was named the unanimous season MVP for four consecutive years. Legagneur also earned the prestigious Conference Player of the Year award and was recognized as an All-American. With her impressive high school and college career, Janay Legagneur brings a wealth of experience and talent to the Coker University women's basketball team.
