Winston-Salem, N.C. – Track and Field competed on the second and last day of the South Atlantic Conference Championships today. The team had some highlight performances. 

Gary Simpkins led it off for the men on day two bringing home 16^th place in the 200 with a time of 22.83. Simpkins also competed in the 400 finals where he finished 7^th with a time of 51.25. Aaron Hughes dropped a quick 7.04 in the open 60 to finish in the top 25 finish.

On the women's side, Taylor Marotta finished in the top 25 coming in 25^th place with a time of 2:44.72. Stephanie Forrester finished 26^th in the 400 with a time of 1:03.59
