Game 1

Hartsville, SC- In a matchup between Converse and Coker on March 3, 2024, Converse came out on top with a dominant 11-3 victory. Converse's offense was firing on all cylinders, as they scored consistently throughout the game.

Converse's A. Howard and A. Albano were standout performers, with Howard contributing four runs and two RBIs, while Albano had three RBIs. S. Watson also had a strong showing with two RBIs.

On the pitching side, V. Dichio of Converse had a solid performance, allowing only three runs on four hits while striking out five batters.

They extended their lead in the 6th inning when Caroline Ingram doubled to bring C. Jackson home, making it 3-1.

Converse made a late push in the 7th inning, with S. Watson hitting a two-run single to tie the game at 3-3. However, Coker was able to secure the win in the bottom of the 7th when Kelsi Scott hit a walk-off single, bringing Mya Cribbs home and sealing the victory for Coker.

Pitching was key in this game, with Abbie McCants earning the win for Coker and R. Lingerfel taking the loss for Converse. 

Overall, it was an exciting game with both teams putting up a strong fight. Coker came out on top this time, but both teams showed great skill and determination on the field.
