CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Coker softball team lost their Conference Carolina's contest to Queens University of Charlotte, 10-0 on Saturday afternoon. The scheduled doubleheader between the Cobras and the Royals had to be cut short due to rain. 

Katie Lee (Debray, Fla.) suffered the loss. She allowed five runs on eight hits in three innings of work. 

Logan Cox (Georgetown, S.C.) had a double, while Sydney Weatherford (Scranton, S.C.) and Bryant McLendon (Lake, City, S.C.) were each 1-for-2 at the plate.

Coker returns to action on Saturday, March 31 against Chowan University in a non-conference doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. at home.
