MISENHEIMER, N.C. – The Coker men's volleyball team lost a Conference Carolinas match 3-0 to Pfeiffer University on Wednesday (Mar. 20).

The Cobras struggled early, and were defeated in set one 25-16.  Coker battled back in sets two and three but were edged out in both sets by a score of 25-21. 

Jared Geizer lead the team with nine kills, followed by Luke Hansen with six.  Ricardo Ferrer had a team high six digs along with 22 assists. 

As a team, the navy and yellow landed 27 kills, recorded 24 assists, and tallied 17 digs.

Coker will look to bounce back this Friday (Mar. 22) when they travel to face Erskine in a Conference Carolinas competition.  The game is scheduled for a 7:00 p.m. start time.
