HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker men's volleyball team will host Belmont Abbey in a Conference Carolinas competition on Wednesday (Feb. 27).  Live video coverage of the game will be available at www.cokercobras.com.

In their last match, Coker captured a 3-0 victory over Rust College.  Jared Geizer was the match leader with 12-kills, followed by Luke Hansen with eight.  Hansen however, leads the team in overall kills with 99 on the year. 

The Cobras will rely on the defensive performance of Cooper Lyon, who leads the team with 60-digs.  Ricardo Ferrer will play an important role in the Coker offense as the main assist man, who has already tallied 268 on the season.

The most recent match for Belmont Abbey resulted in a 3-0 loss to Lees McRae.  The Crusaders are lead by Nolan Albrecht who has 125-kills on the year, and Griffin O'Camb with 123.

Game time is scheduled for 7:00 p.m., in the Timberlake-Lawton Gymnasium.
