Cobras Fall to Trojans in 3-0 Game

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – The Coker men's volleyball team lost 3-0 in a Conference Carolinas match against Mount Olive on Wednesday (Feb. 13).  

The Cobras dropped their first set 25-12, but then battled back in rounds two and three.  Coker could not pull out a win in either set however, and would eventually lose the sets 25-18 and 25-21.

Luke Hansen highlighted the night with nine kills for the Cobras, while Jared Geizer was right behind with eight of his own.  Ricardo Ferrer earned 21 assists on the night, and Liam Flaherty and Cooper Lyon tallied team highs with five and four digs.

Coker will hit the road for their next competition, as they travel to face Limestone on Saturday (Feb. 16).  The match is scheduled for a 4:00 p.m. start time.
