
Men's Track takes on the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational
Men's Track and Field are going back to Myrtle Beach to compete in a 3-day meet.
Hartsville, SC: Coker will be traveling to Myrtle Beach and Doug Shaw Stadium to take part in the Alan Connie Shamrock Invitational. This will be a 3-day meet starting on March 20th and finishing up on March 22nd. The competition will start at 1:00 pm Thursday with the men's hammer throw. You can tune into the meet on Runnerspace+ with a subscription.
GAMEDAY INFO:
Day 1:
Starts at 1:00 pm with field events.
Day 2:
Field events will start at 10:30 am.
Track events will start at 12:00 pm.
Day 3:
Track events will start at 10:00 am.
Field events will start at 9:00 am.

COBRA CORNER:
- The Cobras took 18th out of 42 schools in their first meet of the Year.
- Donovan Jones is .3 seconds off of the NCAA DII qualifying time in the 100m.
- The Cobras took 3rd in the 4X100 at the Myrtle Beach Invitational in their last meet.
LAST TIME OUT:
The Cobras traveled to Myrtle Beach last time out. Coker took 18th out of 42 schools after scoring 10 points over three events. Donovan Jones got the Cobras on the scoreboard first after his 6th place finish in the 100m Final with a final time of 10:82s giving the Cobras 3 points. Michael Wilson was the second athlete to get the Cobras on the board as he took 8th in the High Jump with a final height of 6.19m earning Coker 1 point in the event. Then to finish out the scoring for the Cobras, the relay team took 3rd place in the 4X100. The relay team was made up of Kamari Hudson, Donovan Jones, Ricardo Nuevo-Serrano, and Jeffery Stiles finished the relay in 41.82s to earn the Cobras 6 points.
