Cobras Drop Conference Contest to Eagles on Saturday
Coker men's tennis fell to Carson-Newman in South Atlantic Conference action on Saturday.

HARTSVILLE, S.C.- The Coker men's tennis team fell in conference action on Saturday (Mar. 11) to visiting Carson-Newman 6-3.
The Cobras earned one doubles win in the match, with Felix Schweyer and Simon Bergbom getting the 8-6 win at No. 1.
The home team picked up back-to-back wins at No.3 and No. 4 singles, coming from Schweyer and Hunter Horton respectively. Schweyer gutted out a 4-6, 7-5, 6-4 win while Horton cruised in straight sets 6-3, 6-0.
The Cobras (7-4, 1-2 SAC) will take the court again on Tuesday (Mar. 14) when they travel to South Atlantic Conference foe Catawba for a 2:00 p.m. matinee tilt.
