Orange Park, Fla. – After day one of the Spring Kick-off Intercollegiate the Coker men's golf team is tied for ninth place after shooting a combined team score of 309.

Chris Fuga is currently leading the field for the Cobras, after shooting a round one score of 72 (+1).  Nick Kennedy shot the second lowest round of the day after signing off on a 76 (+5).  Rounding out the field for Coker was Josh Clay and Matt Kreider who shot scores of 80 and 81.

As a team, Coker collected 43 pars while knocking down four birdies. 

Coker is 26-stokes off the first place position, and will be looking to close the gap tomorrow during the final two rounds of the Spring Kick-off.
