Hartsville, SC- With day one of the Coker College Intercollegiate Tournament complete it is the University of South Carolina’s “B” Team that is on top with a seven under par 281 team score. Host Coker College’s “A” team is tied for second place with Cape Fear Community College, with scores of four over par, 292.

Leading the overall field at the par 72 Hartsville Country Club is South Carolina’s Baker Elmore, who fired a five under 67. He is followed by Darcy Donaldson of Concord, Chris Marsh of Coker and David Kite also from South Carolina, who all are tied for second with scores of 70, two under par.

The Coker Intercollegiate will finish play with the final round on Tuesday, October 16, with teams teeing it up starting at 8:00 a.m.
