Daniels, WV- After the second round of the NCAA Division II National Championship, the Coker College Golf Team has not made the progress they had hoped for, as they are in 13^th place with a score of 602 (+42).

The University of South Carolina Aiken remains in the lead by four strokes with a 572 (+12) and California State Bakersfield is in second at 576 (+16).

USC-Aiken’s Dane Burkhart and Florida Southern’s Greg Koch are tied for the overall lead, both shooting 137 (-3).

For the Cobras, Vincent Dumouchel and Blaine Rogers each shot 73 on the day, moving Dumouchel to 18^th place 145 (+5); while Rogers is just five shots back at 149 (+9). Gary Morgan is at 153 (+13) and Johary Raveloarison finished at 155 (+15) after the first two rounds. Rounding out Coker’s field is Benoit Gordon at 168 (+28).

The Cobras continue the third round of the 2006 National Championship with the first groups teeing off at 8:20 a.m. Fans can follow the action live on www.golfstat.com with live scoring.
