Hartsville, SC- Coker College will host the annual Men’s and Women’s Carolinas-Virginia Athletics Conference Golf Championships at the Hartsville Country Club, April 20-22.

 

The men’s teams that will be participating are Anderson University, Barton College, Belmont Abbey College, Coker College, Lees-McRae College, Limestone College, Mount Olive College, Pfeiffer University, Queens University and St. Andrews College. Defending champions Pfeiffer University are currently ranked 10th in the nation and are looking to repeat their CVAC title with the help of senior Ian Kenwright.

 

The Pfeiffer Women are also looking to defend their 2005 CVAC title and are currently ranked 19th in the nation. Also competing on the women’s side are Anderson University, Belmont Abbey College, Limestone College, Mount Olive College, Queens University and St. Andrews College.

 

The tournament begins on Thursday morning with tee times at 8:00 a.m. The men will play 27 holes on Thursday and 27 on Friday, while the women will play 18 holes each day with the final round on Saturday.
