Savannah, GA- The No. 6-ranked Armstrong Atlantic men's golf team played even with No. 20-ranked Barry and held off a hard-charging No. 20-ranked Columbus State team to capture the 2006 AASU/Southbridge Pirate Invitational by two strokes at Southbridge Golf Club in Savannah on Tuesday afternoon.

The Coker Golf Team slipped a notch as they came in fourth as a team, but Senior Vincent Dumouchel finished in third place, with a combined score of 144.

Blaine Rogers tied for 16^th place after shooting a 149, while Gary Morgan finished tied for 29^th with a 152 and Beniot Gordon finished tied for 39^th with a 155. Rounding out the Coker five was Johary Raveloarison with a 159.

The Cobra Golf Team hits the links for their next tournament on Monday, March 6, at the Buccaneer Invitational at the Westview Country Club in Miami, FL.
