TAMARAC, FL– Coker finished the Fall portion of its season with an eleventh-place finish at the Nova Southeastern/UNICCO Fall Invitational in men’s golf.  The Cobras never really found their groove over the three-round event and finished with a score of 296-297-305-898 in the 17-team event. 

Sophomore Louis-Pierre Godin/Champlain, Quebec led Coker with a total score of 218 to place 20th overall.  Jeffery Johnson/Hartsville tied for 56th with a score of 227 and sophomore Brad Wissmueller/Wausau, WI overcame a tough first round 81 to tie for 64th with a 229 score.  Sophomore Vincent Dumouchel/Candiac, Quebec and classmate Blaine Morgan/Simpsonville, SC both shot 232 to tie for 70th overall

It was an all-Florida top-five with Lynn taking the championship, followed by West Florida, Nova Southeastern, Barry and Eckerd.  The Cobras did finish ahead of their only CVAC rival, Queens University of Charlotte, who placed tied for 12th with a 905 total.
