Cole Morris has joined the Coker University men's basketball coaching staff. He comes to Coker from Wentworth Institute of Technology, in Boston, Ma. Where he served as an assistant coach.

During his time as an assistant coach for the high school national team at Wentworth Institute Of Technology, he was responsible for creating and managing individual workouts for the team. Morris also conducted team film sessions to analyze successful and unsuccessful moments and worked on problem-solving strategies 

Recruiting was another important aspect of my role. Cole arranged visits for potential student-athletes and maintained a log of their practice and game schedules. Additionally, Morris created and presented scouting reports for the team to help with game preparation.

Throughout the season, Cole fulfilled all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the head coach. The hard work paid off as his team finished the season with a 17-10 record, which was the 4th best season in program history.

Cole Morris then coached at DME Academy in Daytona Beach, FL. As the assistant coach for the high school national team, Morris played a crucial role in leading the team to a Top 20 finish in the country for the first time in program history.

In addition to his assistant coaching duties, Morris also served as the head coach for the DME select team. In this role, he conducted team film sessions to analyze successful moments and identify areas for improvement. By problem-solving and strategizing with the team, Morris helped them enhance their performance on the court.

Morris's responsibilities extended beyond coaching, as he was also responsible for working out over 100 athletes at the academy. He utilized his expertise to train and develop these athletes, helping them improve their skills and reach their full potential.

Furthermore, Morris demonstrated his commitment to promoting the talents of high school prospects by creating highlight tapes and player clips for over 15 individuals. By showcasing their abilities, he played a crucial role in helping these prospects gain recognition and opportunities at the next level 

Throughout his tenure at DME Academy, Morris consistently fulfilled all other duties and responsibilities assigned by the head coach. His dedication, expertise, and passion for the game have made him an invaluable asset to the basketball program.

Morris is a dedicated individual who has served as an assistant coach for the high school team at Union High School in Rimersburg, PA. In this role, he has played a crucial part in running the program as a whole, supporting the coaches' ideologies and overall system.

One of Cole's main responsibilities has been creating and executing team practices. He has worked closely with the coaching staff to design effective practice sessions that focus on skill development, strategy, and teamwork. By implementing these practices, Cole has helped the team improve their performance on the court.

Additionally, Cole has been involved in evaluating players' talent and chemistry to determine the best in-game lineup and substitutions. He has closely observed the players during practices and games, providing valuable insights to the coaching staff. Cole's ability to assess players' strengths and weaknesses has been instrumental in making strategic decisions during games.

Throughout his time as an assistant coach, Cole has also been known for delivering constructive criticism to the players. Cole started his career as a head basketball coach at DuBois, Pennsylvania. He has been actively involved in the basketball community as the head coach for the DuBois Dream AAU team's high school 17U division.

One of Morris' notable achievements as a coach is the development of a system that provides players with ample opportunities to succeed. He has registered teams under his guidance and led them to participate in various tournaments, allowing his players to showcase their skills and compete against other talented athletes.
