Coker’s Nelson Named Second Team All-Conference

HARTSVILLE, S.C. – Coker College men's basketball player Julian Nelson has been named to the Conference Carolinas all-conference team, the league office announced today. Nelson was named second team all-conference.

Nelson, a junior from Irmo, S.C., played in all 29 games for the Cobras this season. He averaged 17.2 points – best on the team – to go along with four rebounds and just over two assists per game. He finished the year shooting over 42 percent from the field and made 37 percent of his 3-pointers. This is Nelson's first all-conference selection.
