Andrew Smith was hired as the Head Esport Coach on April 3, 2023. He has served as the interim head coach since Novermber 2022. 

For the past eight years, Smith has worked in customer service and management roles at Dick's Sporting Goods, Whirlpool, and Blue Cross Blue Shield. 

Andrew has been an avid esports competitor for nearly 12 years. He played competitively from 2011-2015 and still enjoys playing in leagues for Call of Duty. He closely follows the professional leagues in Call of Duty, League of Legends, Valorant and Counter-Strike. His favorite esports team is OpTic.  

A native of Grand Rapids, MI, Smith earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Cornerstone University in 2016
