HARTSVILLE, S.C. - The Coker College esports team was edged 3-2 tonight (Oct. 22) by Sam Houston State in Hearthstone Tespa Fall season action.

The Cobras started off strong, earning quick victories with their Odd Rogue and Odd Paladin decks. All that the Cobras had left was their Secret Hunter deck, and Sam Houston still needed a win with their Even Warlock, Taunt Druid, and their own Secret Hunter. Coker dropped the next two games, and the fifth and final game was the Secret Hunter mirror. Sam Houston was able to gain early board control and the Cobras were unable to recover.
